SUPPORT:
Direct adherence on on plastics and steel
Spray gun nozzle diameter: 1 to 1.4 mm; air pressure: 3-4 bars

APPLICATION:
It is the user's responsibility to check that the product is suitable for its support especially when applied over surfaces with poor adhesion (chrome, galvanized plates)
Application: 2 thin passes followed by a glossy coat. 1 minute interval between each coat

MIXTURE: Ready-to-use

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:
The supports must be clean and dry.
Celiron topcoat works well on chrome, polished aluminum, or galvanized

DRYING:
Ambient air drying at 20 °C: - Dust free: 10min.
Re-coverable with any PU clear coat after 30 minutes to 2 hours, or after 72 hours with P800 sanding

COLOURING: WITH OUR CONCENTRATED CANDY INKS BETWEEN 2 AND 6%

CLEANING THE EQUIPMENT:
Before and after use: with UNIVERSAL thinner
Between 5 °C and 30 °C: 24 months

ALUTC is not recommended on polished aluminum

Is the varnish anti-corrosion?
No, a varnish creates a coating and waterproofing effect. This protects it from water and air, which produce the corrosion effect. An anti-corrosion product blocks oxidation (already present, or to come) on the surface of the metal.
Before varnishing, it is important to thoroughly clean and deoxidize the metal (sanding) to remove all traces of corrosion, otherwise traces of rust may develop in the future, below the varnish.
