Check out our entire range of motorcycle paint cans : Thanks to our equipment and as a French motorcycle paint manufacturer, we can fill any type of aerosol product. We fill the paint cans the same day before sending the orders.
Our OEM motorcycle tinting services are therefore also available to customers who don't have spray guns, with same day shipping of these custom motorcycle paint cans.
Each product is available in aerosol version, which allows to repaint a complete motorcycle or to make a touch-up without any equipment :
Spray primers : we offer adhesion primers for all supports (aluminum, steel, plastic). As for the surface primers, we manufacture them in 1K or 2K* aerosol cans.
1K means 1 component : it is a single component paint, air drying, for the phases before varnishing.
2K means 2 components : it is a product (2K paint, primer, clearcoat) that includes a hardener for a superior chemical hardening.
OEM paints : these are color preparations (with a minimum mixing quantity of 100ml corresponding to one aerosol) that are made the same day as the order, according to the formula of your color code.
One aerosol can covers about 0.5m² in several coats. We fill the aerosols with the products corresponding to the single 1K tints (paint + clearcoat) or to the three coats system tints (base + paint + clearcoat).
Most of the existing special effect paints are also available in motorcycle paint cans (fluorescent, holographic, candy, chameleon...).
Is the result as good with a motorcycle spray paint or a paint applied with a spray gun ? Yes, absolutely, because the 1K basecoats are very easy to apply and the final 2K finish in spray paint version is just excellent, in terms of application and result.
First of all, if you have the necessary equipment (compressor and gun), it is really a bad idea to choose spray paints. Simply for a question of quality of application, but also for a simple reason of economy ! The gas/paint content that makes up the total volume (usually 400ml) is mostly gas (about 75%)
Not very long ! For the simple reason that each aerosol can contains a pressurized gas which allows the spraying and that this gas inevitably escapes from its container. The product is always good for months or years, but unfortunately, it is not advisable to keep aerosols beyond 1 month, especially if they are filled on order, under the risk of obtaining a drop in pressure, which can go as far as the total disappearance of the gas. This is particularly the case with pearlescent paints : it is enough for a pearl to be present in the valve, for the gas to escape slowly.
