• Standard colors : respect the colors of the fairings or use complementary or opposite colors.

Example : Green / Violet / Orange are opposite and complementary colors.

In case of doubt : use « all-purpose » colors such as black, white

• Metallic colors : there is a magnificent choice of gold, copper and silver colors in our ranges. These paints can be applied over black primers.

• Fluorescent tints : the ultra flashy colors blend well with all white and black fairings. They give a dynamic and sporty character to motorcycle rims. There are fluorescent color codes for motorcycle rims, such as fluorescent RAL, yellow, orange, green and red. The application is done on white primers.

The needs according to each paint on motorcycle rims

Needs for a double sided rim in ready to use paint :

Manufacturer's color code : 125 ml

Fluorescent : 150-200 ml

Metallic or pearlescent : 125ml

Base or simple 2K opaque paint (black, red, white) : 100ml

2K paints for motorcycle rims :

They do exist and some are particularly well suited, such as Hi Gloss paint, which is harder and less scratchy than other 2K paints.

Our 2K paint « Besa Nato » is a labor and product saver because it can be applied without primer on the bare rim metal.

Colors containing pearl or metal are not possible.
