D837 Non-aggressive PPG degreaser

The degreaser cleaner Offers a “gentle” formula composed of non-aggressive solvents which allow it to be used as a general cleaner during all stages of painting work. It ensures a clean, cleaned and healthy surface, from cleaning after sanding, to cleaning before applying the finishing varnish.

It is very suitable for water-based paints but also solvent-based paints, and most supports or raw materials, in particular plastics and resins from 3D printing.

PPG D842 degreaser

It is a gentle, low VOC cleanser and is a water-based cleanser specifically designed to

remove any contamination before application. After using this product, the surface should be rinsed with deionized water. This product has a V.O.C. rate. of 30g/L.

PPG High Performance Degreaser D845

It is a solvent-based formula, specially designed to remove visible and invisible contaminants, such as grime and dirt, sludge, grease, before the start of surface preparation. This cleanser is powerful should only be used as a pre-cleanser

Like most solvent-based cleaners, it is imperative not to allow the product to evaporate on the surface, and to remove the degreaser with a clean cloth. Grime should always be removed or “picked up” in one direction so as not to spread it.

PPG degreasing agent for plastics D846

Here is a specific product, which is specially designed to clean fragile plastics. It removes static electricity, but also invisible contaminants without damaging the surface condition of shiny plastics. It is an alcohol-based product. It is particularly indicated on polycarbonates, Lexan, polystyrene* with caution, ABS. It can also be used on very resistant plastics, such as those made from bumpers, during the final phase before the application of the adhesion promoter for plastic, in order to remove surface tension.

D8434 - Cleaner for plastic supports

Here is a powerful degreaser, mainly reserved for the preliminary treatment of resistant plastics (PE, PP, HDPE). It is a cleaner that ensures the elimination of all

types of contaminants (e.g. release agents or film of traffic dirt) in the preparation process to ensure excellent adhesion of subsequent coats.
