KIT TRUE FIRE

The kit provides all automotive solvent-based paints and inks,

that are needed tocreate a "true fire" effect. 

The true fire refers to awesome realistic flames airbrushing.

Airbrushing flames is a particular exercise:

Painting true fire is an artwork, which requires not only 

knowing how to freeze the motion of flames but also how to

represent their luminous, incandescent and 

transparent colours. 

Technique : The flames are painted using a stencil or a 

kind of "drops" shapes, which we will use to spray paint 

on the outer edges. To achieve luminous and transparent

colours, there is only one single method: by alternating 

opaque colours and transparent candy inks, to create a 

sense of "depth", in several stages, starting with the 

darker colour to the lighter one.

Guide to the painting of True Fire: - Apply a black

background (preferably) - Paint a first faded foggy

area of flames, in orange, you then candy colour over 

with a transparent red - Paint a second coat of more

detailed flames, in yellow, then apply a pass of 

transparent orange candy - Proceed if you wish with the white 

and yellow colours - 

Topcoat Black basecoat paint to create a black background
