Substrates
On new parts and all original OEM finishes, provided they are perfectly dry, sanded and degreased

Mixture
To obtain a homogeneous product, it is essential that all basecoats are well agitated during first use
Use special hydro 1255m conical filters
For large metallic particles, it is recommended to remove the spray gun microfilter

Thinning
Distilled water 5% max

Spray gun
HVLP 1.2 to 1.4 mm - Distance to the support: 10 to 15 cm

Application
Apply 2,5 layers with or without waiting time between passes depending on temperature
Wait for the complete matting before applying topcoat or working the basecoat
Possibility of accelerating drying by forced air or by increasing the temperature

Coverage
Coverage time for any type of topcoat
Minimum 15 to 30 min (15 min at 25 0C and 20 min at 20 0C)
Maximum 72 hrs at 20 0C
The cured 1K basecoat can be worked after 30 min (sanded, penciled, masked)
In any case, wait for the complete matting before undertaking any operation
