Rubber like effect clearcoat

Our rubber like effect clearcoat gives a sponge-like texture reminiscent of the feel of rubber when touched. The topcoat is colorless and has a satin aspect, slightly glossy. (Matt 20°)
Using a spraygun, it can be applied over any background color.

The rubber like effect clearcoat is sold as a 1.35L kit with its hardener (0.2L) and thinner (0.15L)

ST832 self-repairing scratch resistant version

Kit 1,75 L : 1L ST832 clearcoat + 0,25L H420 hardener + 0,5L V1 thinner

The topcoat dries in less than 24 hours, and provides excellent resistance to washoff, abrasion, etc...

It can be applied directly over many types of materials.
It is generally used for automotive interiors as well as for many everyday objects

The varnish does not adhere directly to metals or plastics. Use our primers or adhesion varnishes in preparation.

Matte varnishes dry quickly.

When painting large parts, it is recommended to reduce the drying speed in order to avoid "seam" or "dusting" defects, thanks to Slow Thinner.

The preparation of the topcoat is made according to the following proportions :

Anti-Scratch Version

Topcoat : 100
Hardener : 25
Thinner : 30

Clearcoat application :
With all types of sprayguns, in 2 coats spaced 5-10 min. do not apply more thickness.

This topcoat is a special solvent-based clearcoat. VOC> 420g/L

Yield :

1 Liter = 10 m² / 1 coat

Complete car varnishing and large surfaces :

In order to slow down the drying time (a little too fast for clearcoats of this type), it is possible to request the replacement of the normal thinner
by a slow diluent. Just write us this clarification by email just after your order.
