Candy concentrated transparent inks Hydro 60ml

Candy® Hydro inks from Stardust Colors are the "water-based" versions of the solvent-based Candy concentrates traditionally used in custom body art.

They are highly concentrated and totally transparent coloring inks.

They are dosed drop by drop approximately, or by weight around 5%.
60 ml of ink can produce about 1 to 1.5 L of ready-to-use product (paint or clearcoat)

Use :

Hydro inks can be used for the coloring
- of all water-based acrylic clearcoats , as well as binders and mediums
- of stained glass clearcoats
- of wood clearcoats (see PDF of shade card at bottom of page)
- acrylic paints for airbrushes
- water-based epoxy resins

Composition :

These transparent water-soluble dyes are odorless and may contain co-solvents (water-soluble products)
They do not contain pigments, as they are made from soluble dyes

UV resistance

On the "Blue Wool" scale graduated from 0 to 8, all our transparent coloring inks obtain excellent UV resistance scores between 5 and 7 depending on the color, which corresponds to products to be used outdoors.

To increase UV protection and color longevity, especially in very sunny latitudes, we recommend the use of the anti UV additive
