Sprayer with plastic double nozzle for silvering

The sprayer allows external and cross-mixing of chrome products (about 10 to 15 cm from the nozzles).
The jet crossing is adjustable using a screw. The jets must cross when they touch the surface of the part to be chromed.

Since the beginning of July, we propose a new innovation brought to the sprayer system of the machine.
We have completely changed our new sprayers, and have eliminated several issues related to the use of conventional spray guns:
The advantages:
- The new sprayers are made of more than 95% of plastic. Metals have been removed, which avoids plating solution reactions.
- The new sprayers don't have a needle: no clogging
- For chrome plating, two sprayers are attached, the mixture of products A and B takes place outside: no spray gun contamination
- Plastic spray nozzles available in 60° or 90° angle jets
- Economical sprayers
- Adaptable on all former Pro or Master machines.
