Mini gloss or mat bodywork varnish kit with hardener and thinner

Glossy UHS830:

Here is a real professional varnish to protect bodywork paints and give a high gloss, hard, resistant and durable finish.

UHS830 varnish allows maximum thickness after drying.

The kit includes:
500ml UHS-830 varnish + 175ml hardener 432 + 150ml thinner V1

Mat 4 ° ST822:

The 4 ° matt effect remains equal and constant regardless of the thickness of the coats.

ST822 varnish has a much higher resistance than "standard" matt varnishes which are usually very sensitive.

The kit includes:
500ml varnish ST822 + 100ml hardener H423 + 150ml thinner V1

After drying, the varnishes are highly resistant (bad weather, UV, heat, Hydrocarbons)

Kit yield: approximately 4m² in 2 coats

How to mix UHS 830 varnish:
Mix by weight 3 parts of varnish + 1 part of hardener.
Dilute the whole between 5 and 15% with the thinner.
Stir and let stand for 5min. use within 30 minutes max.
Close the jars well after use.

How to mix ST822 polish:
Mix by weight 5 parts of varnish + 1 part of hardener.
Dilute the whole between 5 and 15% with the thinner.
Stir and let stand for 5min. use within 30 minutes max.
Close the jars well after use.

How to paint varnishes 830 and ST822:

Application in 2 coats, with an interval of 5-10min
Spray the varnish at a pressure of 3 bar, 20cm from the support

Drying of the topcoat:
Dry to the touch: 30-60min
Through-dry: 16hrs

Cooking with infrared: 10 (short waves) to 15 minutes (medium waves)
Drying at 20° 16h
Baking in the paint booth at 60°: 30 minutes
