Ultra High Solid Clearcoat for professionnal

Aerosol range for automobiles and motorcycles.

The premium Ultra High Solid clearcoat, which creates maximum protection and a strong shine.

It is stronger, thicker, shinier and more resistant than all single-component clearcoats sold commercially. It is a true professional bodywork clearcoat.

The aerosol is made of two separate compartments (clearcoat and hardener) which will open and mix during application. Once activated, the aerosol will last for 1 hour.

Its application is remarkably easy:
Push the red capsule completely under the bottle to engage the hardener. Shake well.

The clearcoat is applied in 2 layers: The first must be medium in thickness.
Wait 4 to 5 minutes before applying the second coat which must be thick and lacquered (without applying too much to avoid any dripping).

Then leave to dry in a dust-free place. Dry to the touch in 2 hours. Dry to the core in 24 hours.

Tip: when applying outside the cabin, spray water around the area on the floor and walls beforehand in order to capture dust.

The application to the aerosol is much less easy than gun, we strongly recommend using our 'SPRAY CAN GRIP HANDLE'

Tips for varnishing properly:

A shiny, colorless clearcoat is obtained on a motorcycle fairing or car body, by applying the right dose:
Too little = orange peel
Too much = Run
Too hot = Orange peel
Too cold = Run.

To apply the correct dose, you must
respect the time interval between the two layers
respect a distance of 12-15 m from the constant support
respect a fair and constant speed from left to right
respect an angle of 90° to the support
