WATER BASED ACRYLIC TOPCOAT AQUACEL 3200

HYDROPOL TOPCOAT

HYDROPOL topcoats are water-based, flexible, transparent and resistant, compatible with any other product and any type of supports. Can be applied with spraygun and roll as well.

Type of product : acrylic topcoat –<2% solvents

Use / Destination : All types of supports

Theorical coverage: 3~4 sqm / L


Mix: Stir well. Thinning with water 10% max.


Application : apply 1 to 3 passes min.


Tools : Spraygun and airbrush >0,8mm. Roll and brush.


Drying time : 20°C – 10 mn per coat

water-based clearcoats are polymerizable with 1 to 3% of our H6 hardener

For chrome painting:

Aquacel topcoat is completely transparent and hydrobase; it can be applied over the chrome paint to protect it from solvents, to "fix" it before clearcoating. When the chrome paint is fully dry (for 48 hours), applying water-based topcoat presents less risk than using solvent-based topcoats, than can eliminate the chrome mirror effect.

WPU159 "FINE GLOSS" varnish is of superior fluidity
The liquid aspect of "AQUACEL" is white, the liquid aspect of "FINE GLOSS" WPU159 is transparent
The final shine aspect is identical for the 2 versions "AQUACEL" and "FINE GLOSS".
