All our products are dispatched within the UK and Europe immediately on orders placed before midday.

We offer 48/72h working day shipping with the following carriers:

Cost of delivery

Our shipping costs are the same, whatever the weight. They include packaging and shipping (in regulated hazardous materials).

We offer a range of very economical rates negotiated with our carriers, automatically calculated on the site according to destination and shipping method.

Any customs duties or additional charges are payable by the customer.

The most reliable and cost-effective

We strongly recommend that you choose the Relais Colis delivery method (more reliable, less likely to be delayed, most affordable price).

Tracking

After each order, an email and/or text message is sent to the contact details entered in the customer account by the carrier.

You will also receive a link to the carrier's website and tracking number, so you can follow your parcel from day to day.

Delay

We undertake to prepare orders and dispatch them the same day. Once in the hands of the carrier, we unfortunately have no control over delivery and cannot be held responsible for delays.

Shipment of hazardous materials

All our flammable products are sent in LQ packages regulated for the transport of hazardous products by land.

United Kingdom (Great Britain Northern Ireland)

We ship within 48 hours, excluding customs clearance time.

Business customers do not pay VAT

Private customers ordering more than £135 excluding VAT do not pay VAT.

There are additional charges for customs clearance and related costs which are payable by the customer.

Switzerland

There are additional costs for customs clearance in Switzerland. We advise all Swiss customers to have deliveries made to neighbouring countries (Germany, Italy, France) at a lower price.

Worldwide excluding Europe

Our products can be sent anywhere in the world within 96 hours, excluding customs clearance. Some of our products cannot be sent by air because they are flammable or packaged in aerosols. In these cases, we offer a number of solutions for alternative shipment (a water-soluble version or a concentrated version).

Shipment by sea is possible for quantities of 1 pallet or more.
