StardustColors rewards loyalty with points: every time an order is placed on our website, for every pound spent, you earn points. 4% of the total amount of your order (1€ = 300 points)

By sharing our site on social media, you also earn points, as well as by referring a friend or family member.

All these points accumulate and are recorded on the customer's account. They are valid for 6 months.

How to use points?

The points must be converted into a discount voucher before they can be used for orders.

To convert your loyalty points, go to your customer area, then to "my rewards" :

Enter the amount to convert in the provided box, then validate and confirm

Your discount voucher is generated and will now display in your customer area :

You can now use it when placing an order.

At the end of the ordering process on the "my basket" page, there's a dedicated box where your codes are listed and ready to be used.

Become a Referrer and Earn a shopping Voucher

Visit your customer area and head to the "Referral Programme" section to retrieve your referral code and/or send it directly to your friends.

If you've recommended our website to your contacts, and your "referees" place an order using your referral code (orders over 30€), we reward you with a 10€ shopping voucher, equivalent to 3,000 points. Your referees, on the other hand, receive a 5€ discount, equating to 1,500 points (valid only for the referee's first order).

The shopping voucher is awarded in the form of points directly to your account, 15 days after the receipt of the order from the referred customer.
