SPRAYABLE PUTTY 1kg with hardener

SN05 Liquid Putty is a two-component putty from APP, designed for spray application with a recommended nozzle size of 1.7 to 2.5 mm.

It's an ultra-filling spray putty capable of filling imperfections up to 1 mm deep.

Mixing Ratio :

100 parts of putty to 5 parts of hardener.

Recommended Dilution: 5%

Pot Life : 30 minutes.

Coverage: 4 - 6 m²/L

Usage : The sprayable putty is used to fill in minor imperfections, level out scratches, and coat large areas during bodywork and painting repairs.

Suitable Surfaces :

Steel, aluminum, fiberglass-reinforced polyester products, polyester laminates, and older OEM coatings.

Caution !

Do not use directly on : galvanized steel, acid-reactive and acid-hardening grounds, single-component products, and thermoplastic varnishes (T.P.A.).

Surface Preparation:

Steel:

► Carefully remove corroded areas, dry sand with P80-P180 abrasive paper, dust off, and degrease.

Aluminum:

► Dry sand using abrasive cloth or P150-P180 paper, dust off, and degrease.

Before spraying the SN05 spray putty, the treated surface should be dusted off and degreased using the degreaser

Application :

Apply using a bodywork gun fitted with a ø1.7-ø2.5 mm nozzle at an air pressure of 1.7 to 2.2 bars.

Number of coats: 2-5.

Dry layer thickness: 150-300 µm (max. 1000µm).

Drying

At +20°C, full curing: 2-3 hours.

At +60°C, full curing: 30 minutes.

Sanding

After full curing, proceed with dry sanding:

 Pre-sanding dry: P150-P180

 Dry finishing sanding: P240-P320.

Cover with our filler primers
