We offer a series of tools, accessories and consumables specially designed for 3D printing

Composition: one-component nitrocellulose putty.

Application intended for filling cracks and very small defects during preparation for model making, 3D printing, repairs of paint coatings of passenger cars, trucks and buses.

Packaging: 100 g tube.
Color: Dark gray.

Before application:
Prepare your support with P240-P320 sandpaper,
or wet sand with P360-P500 sandpaper.
Before applying the putty, clean the treated surface from dust and degrease with cleaner D837

Application:
Squeeze the necessary amount of putty from the tube and apply it with a spatula. Adjust the surface quickly using your spatulas.
Shelf life:within 5-7 minutes.

Advice :
Apply in thin layers.
Use the putty in a tube with a recommended temperature: from +15°C to +25°C.
Evaporation time between successive thin layers at 20°C: 15 minutes.

Complete drying:
40 to 60 minutes depending on thickness.
Infrared heating: 8-12 minutes.

During forced drying, the temperature should not
exceed +70°C as this may result in loss of adhesion, cracking or bubbling.

Thermal resistance after curing up to +120°C
And no more than the thermal resistance of the substrate.

After hardening, it is resistant to water and solvents, acids,

After complete hardening:
• dry machine sanding: P360-P500
• wet sanding by hand: P800-P1000.

Recovery:
Coverable with all Stardust hydro or solvent preparation and paint products

The product has an extremely fine texture and therefore does not require priming before painting.
