GILDING BRUSH - GILDER'S DUSTER

The Gilder's duster is an essential tool for a perfect gilding.
Before starting to lift the gold leaf using the brush, the Gilder will pass the brush tip through their hair or the palm of the hand.
This will help to lay a thin layer of oil on the brush hairs and allows the gold leaf to adhere well to it.
A soft and appropriate brush such as the Gilder's duster allows the gold leaf to adhere to a very thin substrate.



The DaVinci 450 Series oval Gilder's duster is made of black goat hair and natural feathers dyed red. Each model is equipped with a very resistant wooden handle
