Mazda car paint code - Car colour code in 1K solvent-based basecoat

An automotive paint is mainly delivered in the form of a single-component matt base to be varnished. This concerns all modern-type shades, such as pearlescent or metallic Mazda car paint codes.
2C direct gloss paints are reserved only for simple and opaque shades.

Packaging
We offer the production of your Mazda color matched according to the manufacturer's original formulas, in 400 ml aerosol format or in a pot.
Small formats contain already diluted paints, and the 1 L and 2 L formats are pure paint kits with the thinner delivered separately

Mixing
the paints are ready to use
Except for the kits:
Mix 100 parts of paint for 50 to 70 parts of thinner*

*1 part can be 10 g or 100 ml, or a graduation, for example...

Preparation
For the painting project, whether it is a repair, a touch-up, a decoration, or a complete painting on the MAZDA vehicle, the main step is the preparation of the support.

It is possible to use the old background (varnish sanded with 500), if it is in good condition and if the color is suitable**
In doubt, or if your support is not regular, is scratched or damaged, then apply a primer. We will provide you directly with the primer with the recommended color for your Mazda shade

Applying a MAZDA paint with a spray gun or aerosol
1 / On the background sanded with 500 abrasive, degreased, healthy and dry
2 / Stir the paint well or shake the aerosol
3 / Apply 2 or 3 thin coats, waiting 5 minutes between each coat
4 / Your aerosol or gun (1.0mm / 1.5mm) must be perpendicular to the support, and always between 10 and 15 cm. Paint from left to right then from right to left
5 / Let your paint dry for 10 to 15 minutes, during which time you can prepare your clearcoat mixture
6 / clearcoat 2 glossy coats spaced 10 minutes apart.

If you are touching up a part, then you must always varnish the entire part.
