Gorgeous diamond effect pearl paints in 2L cans
Product to select from more than twenty shades below.
They allow to achieve amazing iridescent colours that reflect the light. They are made of micro pieces of glass, coated by titanium (TiO2). The glass pearls, besides their reflective quality and their extreme transparency, are highly resistant to high temperatures and UV.
Most of the Diamonds hues are completely transparent and have a whitish liquid aspect. They create colours by reflecting light !

The range of DIAMOND EFFECT paints are very easy to use. They must be applied over a white background only or completely black (it will depend of the Diamond colour chosen) to obtain the desired hue. Application is done with a spraygun, the shade will appear little by little, as the passes are applied over each other.
► Strengthen the protection of your paint by adding an anti-UV additive to the varnish
discover the concentrated anti-UV additive (dosage 1.5% max in the varnish and 3% max in the paints)
To paint a diamond background, it is imperative to use a black or white background: to find out which colour to use, refer to the PDF table.
This background may be a primer or a simple paint.
Primer should be applied only when a raw substrate, such as bare metal, bare plastic, etc. is used.
Primer can also be used when the background is scratched or irregular
A painted support (painted metal, or painted plastic) requires no adhesion primer. In this case, a simple sanding is sufficient to create adherence,
black or white paint is applied : Use our to-be-clearcoated bases
Stardustcolors offers a wide range of clearcoats in aerosols or in complete kits.
Instructions for hot temperatures :
When the temperature is above 25 ° C it is important not to apply too thin coats, to avoid the "dusting" effect.

It is very important to apply them in finer passes, to avoid the risk of sagging, and to prevent "marbling" effect, and in order for the "diamond" pearls contained in the paints to be correctly positioned, "laying flat".
A significant thinning (from 70 to 100%) allows for finer coats, and a better applied paint.
Diamond paintings are Candy paintings.
They are resistant to the sun, but are more fragile than the classic shades.
For this reason, it is important to simply park your vehicle in the shade, and not expose it to the sun unnecessarily.
There are also anti-UV clearcoats that help protect transparent shades even more than conventional clearcoats.
