The "Bleed Checker" is a product used in airbrushing, of the interlayer type, transparent and colorless. It is an anti-migration sealant that blocks dyes and reduces the risk of color migration.
Soluble dyes like Candy type colors tend to bleed even after drying and penetrate through layers to stain or discolor freshly applied layers.
The defect is usually visible when applying a light or white-colored paint.
The "Bleed Checker" can be used in all airbrush painting practices and can be useful for blocking backgrounds, protecting a design or drawing during a break, or even for spraying at the intersection of certain adhesives to prevent infiltration.
The "Bleed Checker" is very effective in blocking the passage of soluble dyes*.
Classic colors made with pigments do not migrate.
It is the transparent and soluble dye colors, the candy colors, that have the ability to dissolve and migrate.
