This clear coat is also remarkably durable and flexible (bending up to 180°C)

Direct adhesion to all plastics (ABS, ABS/PC, PPO/PC, alloy PPO/PS, EPOXY, PA, PBT, PMMA, PUR, PJC, SMC/BMC)
On PP PE HDPE type plastics, it is essential to use our adhesion primer for PE PP plastics beforehand.
Theoretical coverage (without loss), ready-for-use (RFU): 11 sqm/L under 25 microns.
Highly flammable materials
The formula corresponds to the standard EN 71.3 for toys
PACKAGING: 2 Kist available
- 1L + 150ml hardener H410 + 250ml thinner
or
- 5L + 750ml hardener H410 + 1250ml thinner
Substrate preparation:
The support must be perfectly clean and dry.
We recommend sanding with a fine gray abrasive sponge before application
By preference, at 15-25 C
Preparation of the mixture (by weight):
100 parts of STARDUSTCOLORS TOPCOAT FOR PLASTIC
15 parts HARDENER H410
30-40 parts THINNER V1
Service life of the mixture at 20°C: 24 hours.
Application:
Pneumatic gun, 2-3 passes
Respect a 5- 10 minutes interval between each coat
Natural ambient air drying at 20°C
Touch-dry after 30 min
Re-coverable after 6-8 hours, before 24 hours.
STORAGE: 12 months

For each type of plastic, there is a specific method for preparation.
Depending on the type of release agent (tarpaulins, plastics, ...) undesirable reactions may occur after a few days.
