Adhesion topcoat for chrome and difficult metals P760

Description:

The chrome topcoat is a colourless transparent gloss primer that is the only product to guarantee adhesion on chrome*.

It requires no prior treatment of the surface (Derinoxalu) nor any sanding.

It also works perfectly on other surfaces on which adhesion is difficult: polished or bare metals, such as stainless steel, galvanized, aluminum, without changing the appearance.

The chrome topcoat is perfectly colourless, invisible, waterproof, chemical resistant and sun-resistant.

Destination:

It provides adhesion and protection.

It can be used in finish as a clear coat, but it’s usually used as a colourless adhesion promoter.

(We refer to the ultra hard chromed metal that can’t be damaged, obtained by galvanizing. The chrome topcoat is not intended neither for the chrome-effect paint nor the silvering)

Use:

Ready-to-use single component product already thinned.

Flammable solvent-based product.

Apply on a clean surface, preferably with a spray gun, in 1 or 2 thin passes (10 μm dry/coat)

Yield 10-12 m²/L

Curing: maximum adhesion properties obtained after 48 hours 72 hours of drying

Temperature resistance: 300 ° C

TEST 240 ° C for 40 min without blisters, without cracks and without blackening

It is recommended to apply a thin pass to withstand the temperature.

How long after application can we cover with paint or varnish?

• "wet on wet" covering: 5minutes Max
• Beyond that, recovery without time limit after sanding with a light abrasive sponge
