SATAJET X5500 HVLP is a spray gun specially designed for base application.

It’s part of the new generation of ATA spray guns offering high transfer rate (86%) and unequalled robustness.


The SATAJET X5500 HVLP is equipped with a very flexible trigger for an optimal grip.

Thanks to the simplified round/flat spray adjustment in half a turn, exceptional pattern width and fineness can be achieved.

The "super-economic" SATAJET X5500 HVLP provides particularly high transfer rates with its low-pressure technology.




The new coating and the metal adjustment buttons simplifies cleaning of SATA X5500 HVLP to maximum.

Easy needle assembly and disassembly using the new Guide.

Perfectly meets the requirements of new technical paints.
• Faster cleaning: two-part air cap, no more air distribution ring.
• Nozzle “I”: elongated jet spectrum with a short fog zone at the edges and a drier core. -> Slower application speed for more control.
